For the first time in many year VeloNB has a title sponsor for one of its’ racing series as Saint John Nissan will be the presenting sponsor of the VeloNB Cyclocross Series.

Nelson Hansen is a salesperson with Saint John Nissan and a cyclist himself and he says that cyclists are a perfect audience for Nissan’s message. “As a dealership we want to support people and activities doing healthy and positive things like riding and racing bicycles. We think our vehicles like the Rogue and Pathfinder fit perfectly with that lifestyle. Supporting VeloNB makes a lot of sense to us as a business.”

Dean Roberts is the Chairperson of Cyclocross and Road Racing with VeloNB and welcomes this financial partnership.

The VeloNB Cyclocross Series Presented by Saint John Nissan kicks off this weekend with  2 events this Saturday and Sunday in Moncton and Dieppe and continues until October 30 with stops in Saint John, Quispamsis and Fredericton.
